Government Affairs Committee is the leading voice and advocate for real estate in Washoe, Carson, Douglas, Lyon, Storey, and Churchill counties. The duty of the Committee is to promote pollical awareness among the SNR membership while promoting the ideals of homeownership. The committee is engaged locally on issues that impact real estate transactions, helping to build strong communities, protect property interests, and support a healthy business environment throughout our six counties. Our committee meets monthly to discuss potential impacts to the industry and take positions on issues affecting the way our members do business and protecting private property rights. GAC meets once per month and is by invitation only.

SNR PAC
Sierra Nevada REALTORS® Political Action Committee (SNRPAC) promotes the election of pro-REALTOR® and private property candidates across our six counties. Through in person interviews and candidate questionnaires, our committee members recommend individuals who support and protect private property rights and the real estate industry. SNRPAC meets once per month and is by invitation only.

Vote: Help elect candidates who support REALTOR® interests and educate the public about issues affecting property owners.

Act: Take action to help build stronger communities and policies that promote the real estate industry and homeownership.

Invest: Support the SNRPAC as it endorses candidates that advocate for REALTOR® issues.
