Award Winners

Realtor® of the Year Award recognizes those who have served not only with the real estate profession but also with their local association and communities. It is based on their local association activity, civic spirit and business accomplishments as well as work with the State and National Association of Realtors®

This is awarded to a qualifying rookie from each of our four areas, Churchill, Lyon, Carson & Douglas counties. Criteria is based on several factors including business accomplishments, civic activity and REALTOR® spirit and involvement.  The Broker nominates the individual and they must have been in business no more than 18 months.

This award came out of our Strategic Planning in 2019 for those SNR members that go above and beyond for the association and its members.  #SNRProud

This award is dedicated to an affiliate who has gone above and beyond in helping with association events, planning and engagement.
